- Two years in behavioral health or social services
- Two years with adult or adolescent populations
- Ability to travel up to 50 percent
- Reside in specific Louisiana parishes
- Bachelor's degree
- Medicaid and waiver experience (preferred)
- Crisis intervention skills (preferred)
- Managed care or utilization review experience (preferred)
