As the Assistant Nurse Manager at Glens Falls Hospital Intensive Care Unit, you will partner directly with the Nurse Manager to lead day-to-day operations. In this role, you will act as a pivotal clinical mentor for ICU RNs, coordinating complex care pathways in a fast paced environment. The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is staffed and equipped to provide highly skilled interdisciplinary services to patients requiring complex and intensive nursing care interventions for life-threatening conditions. **What You Bring (Qualifications)**

- **Education**: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical RN experience required; background in intensive care, progressive care, or previous charge/leadership experience is highly preferred.
- **Licensure**: Active Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
- **Certifications**: BLS certification required.
- **Core Skills**: Exceptional communication, interdisciplinary conflict resolution, and the ability to organize and delegate effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting.
