- Three years direct clinical behavioral health experience
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- High-speed residential internet access
- Managed care or utilization review experience (preferred)
- Discharge planning or prior authorization experience (preferred)
- Experience with DSNP or Medicare populations (preferred)
