**Resolute Rehabilitation at Cornerstone Specialty Hospitals Round Rock** is a 12-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit located at **4681 College Park Drive in Round Rock, Texas**. It’s designed to help patients recover from serious illness, injury, or surgery—especially those transitioning from intensive care.

- **Specialized Rehab Services**: Offers intensive therapy for conditions like **stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic trauma, neurological disorders, amputation**, and other complex conditions.
- **Therapy Intensity**: Patients typically receive **15 hours of therapy per week**, guided by a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and therapists.
- **Modern Facility**: Located on the first floor, the unit is equipped with advanced rehab equipment and designed to support recovery in a focused, patient-centered environment.

**How you’ll contribute **

- Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; instruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs
- Assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records
- Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements
- Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition
- Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the standards of the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards and applicable state/federal
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications and requirements:**

- Candidates must have certification from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program culminating in an Associate's degree
- Current and valid state OTA license or certificate of practice or equivalent in the states where services are rendered
- CPR certification (when required)
