**How you'll contribute**

A*** *****Certified Surgical Technician** who excels in this role:Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment

- Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
- Set up the operating room prior to procedures
- Assist surgeons during procedures (passing instruments, maintaining sterile field)
- Ensure all surgical supplies are available and accounted for
- Monitor patient safety and maintain infection control standards
- Clean and restock operating rooms after procedures

**What we’re looking for**

**Education**

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

**Experience**

- Previous experience in a physician office, clinic, or hospital setting preferred.

**Certifications**

- **Certified Surgical Technician **required from a nationally recognized organization (AST, NBSTSA, NHA)
- **AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)** required.
- Handle with Care certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
