- Travel within 90 mile radius
- Reliable transportation
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- Experience with Medicaid populations
- Community or outpatient setting experience (preferred)
- Mental Health First Aid training (preferred)
- Electronic Health Records experience (preferred)
