**How you will contribute**

A Laboratory Coordinator who excels in this role:

- Supports high-quality patient care by performing diagnostic testing on patient specimens to assist physicians in the diagnosis and monitoring of disease states.
- Assists with training and oversight of laboratory personnel as assigned
- Responsible for Laboratory Information System (LIS) functions, including system file maintenance and support of the laboratory quality assurance program.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable quality, safety, and regulatory standards while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality in all laboratory operations.

**What we are looking for **

Applicants should have

- Associate's in MLT or Bachelor's in MT Required
- Associate's or Bachelor's in Medical Laboratory Science Preferred
- AMLT Certification or Equivalent Required within 1 year of hire
- ASCP or Equivalent preferred
