**What You'll Do:**

- Lead and support Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing interdisciplinary team.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
- Partner with physicians and hospital leadership to expand clinical programs, including specialty rehabilitation services.
- Manage department performance, staffing, budgets, and patient satisfaction metrics.
- Champion compliance, patient safety, and CARF-focused program development.

**What We're Looking For:**

- Current licensure as a **PT, OT, or SLP**.
- Minimum **3 years of therapy management experience**.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- CPR certification and proficiency with basic computer systems.
- Passion for delivering exceptional rehabilitation care and mentoring others.
