### Requirements

- 1-2 years in call center or support
- 1 year in social or behavioral services
- Strong verbal and active listening skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in behavioral health or crisis support (preferred)
- High-volume customer service experience (preferred)
- Bilingual language skills (preferred)
