- Document member interactions and maintain confidentiality

### Requirements

- One to two years call center experience
- One year social service or behavioral health experience
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to remain calm during crisis situations
- Reliable hardwired broadband or fiber internet
- Experience in behavioral health or crisis support (preferred)
- High-volume customer service experience (preferred)
- Bilingual language skills (preferred)
