We are a busy Dermatology practice in Colchester, Vermont seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Medical Aesthetician to join our team.

## Job Description

- Perform a variety of facial and body procedures intended to increase, improve or maintain the appearance and health of human skin. These are including but not limited to the following: Facials, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning and extractions.
- Performing consultations and recommend skin care products.
- Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure expectations are met and/or exceeded.
- Having knowledge of cosmetic procedures performed in office and make appropriate referrals to our providers.
- Educating patients on skin care and offering custom treatment plans for their individual needs both in the office and a home care regimen as well.
- Maintaining a clean, neat and hygienic work area.
- Ensure accurate documentation in chart according to office protocols.

## Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone.
- Must be friendly, professional and well organized with attention to detail.
- Knowledgeable in different skin care treatments and products.

**Job Type:**

- Part-Time: 15-20 hours a week

**Experience:**

- 1-2 years of experience in providing top quality skin care (preferred)

**Education:**

- High school diploma or equivalent required

**Certifications/Licenses:**

- Must be licensed in state of Vermont
- Must be Certified from an Accredited Aesthetic School
