### What you'll do

- Conduct comprehensive behavioral and physical health assessments
- Develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate care with providers and community resources
- Provide crisis intervention and support services
- Document interactions in clinical systems

### Requirements

- Master's degree in behavioral health field
- Three years post-master's direct clinical experience
- Three years experience treating mental health disorders
- Three years experience in crisis intervention
- Strong technical proficiency for telephonic documentation
- Case Management experience (preferred)
- Discharge Planning experience (preferred)
