- Master degree in nursing or PA studies
- Pass a respirator FIT test
- Obtain multi-state licensure
- Complete DOT certification within 30 days
- One year of provider experience (preferred)
- Experience with EPIC electronic health record (preferred)
- Prior MinuteClinic precepting rotation (preferred)
