## Job Description

We're seeking a **Part-Time / 2.5 Days per week Nurse Practitioner **or** Physician Assistant** with Salud Family Health in **Sterling, CO**.

At Salud, our Physician Assistants & Nurse Practitioners approach their tasks in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change. As a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner at Salud, you will perform routine clinic operations, take histories, and make physical assessments, all the while adhering to the spirit of the SALUD mission statement.

**We offer:**

- **Starting Annual Salary - $65,611 to $84,361**
- **$5k Sign-on Bonus**
- **Relocation potential up to $5,000**

## Qualifications

**Education:**

- Must have graduated or been graduating from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

**Licensure:**

- Possess an unrestricted Physician Assistant license or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in the State of Colorado

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**

- The ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred
- Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must

**Experience:**

- 3 years of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant preferred
