Atlantic Health is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join the energetic and innovative team of healthcare professionals in their Atlantic Rehabilitation Division in Newton Medical Center 175 High Street, Newton as a Part Time Occupational Therapist. This position will focus on working with neurological and orthopedic populations. This position sits amongst a collaborative multidisciplinary team who work cohesively together to meet patient goals.

**Essential job functions required.**

Provide occupational therapy evaluations with adults who may have varied neurological and orthopedic diagnosis.

Job responsibilities include:

- Perform comprehensive evaluations.
- Design and implement OT treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Communicate with entire patient care team.
- Provide patient/family/caregiver education as indicated.
- Perform all electronic documentation and billing per departmental guidelines

## Qualifications

**Minimum Education**:

- Graduate of an accredited OT program

**Preferred experience**:

- Hands on experience working with neuro and ortho diagnosis in an outpatient setting.
- Experience is preferred; however, new grads are welcome to apply.

**Required License/Certifications:**

- Current active Occupational Therapy license in the state of NJ
