**How you’ll contribute **

An **Outpatient Manager**** **who excels in this role:

- Maintains staff schedule and ensures staffing for the program
- Communicates with treatment team to ensure chart compliance
- Work with the business office and the utilization review department to ensure payment for services
- Maintains program and patient information and data to create reports, census, and assist the Business Office in reporting
- Actively participate in the therapist’s discharge planning needs
- Monitors and oversees the work performance of outpatient staff
- Works closely with the Director of Outpatient Services to ensure program compliance

**What we’re looking for ** Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree. Additional requirements include:

- Previous experience on an inpatient unit preferred
- Clerical experience required
- CPR and de-escalation certification required within 30 days of hire
