### What you'll do

- Perform clinical assessments and medication therapy interventions
- Manage rejected clinical claims and coordinate alternative therapies
- Initiate prior authorizations and medical exceptions
- Provide medication therapy management services
- Generate therapeutic interchange requests for prescribers

### Requirements

- Proficiency in clinical drug interaction interpretation
- Willingness to obtain South Carolina pharmacy license
- Willingness to obtain additional state pharmacy licenses
- Knowledge of long term care regulations (preferred)
- Licensed Pharmacist in multiple states (preferred)
