- High School diploma or G.E.D
- Home internet with 100mbps download speed
- Secure home workspace
- Proficiency with PC navigation
- Ability to work extended hours
- Retail or Hospital experience (preferred)
- Prior Authorization processing experience (preferred)
- Claims processing experience (preferred)
