Atlantic Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join Atlantic Rehabilitation's outpatient team in Mountain Lakes. Shift of the position will be M/W/F 8am-4pm, T/TH 10am-6pm

**What Your Day Might Look Like**

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans

- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab team members

- Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care

- Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed

**Principal Accountabilities:**

Essential functions include patient evaluation, establishing plans of care and treatment programs, providing interventions, providing patient and family education, documenting interventions, and billing appropriately.

## Qualifications

Required:

1. New Jersey License to practice Physical Therapy.

2. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program

Preferred:

1. 1-3 years of experience in in general orthopedics, but newer grads are welcome to apply
