- Three years medical director leadership experience
- Experience managing twenty or more providers
- Expertise in value-based care models
- Valid US work authorization
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics (preferred)
- M.B.A. degree (preferred)
- M.P.H. or J.D. degree (preferred)
