**Physical Therapist - Pediatric Therapy **

**This position will float between Elizabethtown and Radcliff locations**

**PRN - As needed**

**Job Description:**

- Performs all patient evaluations, writes Plan of Care in accordance with MD.
- Completes required documentation and submits within the allotted timeframe.
- Maintain standards of quality in accordance with accepted standards and hospital and departmental policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

- Kentucky license as a physical therapist required. Requires a Bachelor, Master or Doctoral degree from a physical therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE), or higher.
- BLS preferred at hire, required within 90 days after hire.
