**The Impact You Can Make **

The radiologic technologist will work directly with the radiologist, surgeons and nurses to perform a variety of diagnostic radiology procedures that require judgment, ingenuity and radiation protection practices, while responding to any of the patient’s special, physical, emotional, spiritual and/or age-specific related needs. This position also provides a lead role for the coordination of procedures performed in the operating room services.

- **Clinical Excellence:** Perform high-quality radiographic & fluoroscopic exams safely and accurately according to established departmental protocols
- **Patient-Centered Service:** Provide excellent customer service, patient education, and radiation safety checks during all imaging procedures
- **Digital Documentation:** Maintain precise patient records across our Radiology Information System (RIS) and PACS platforms
- **Mentorship & Collaboration:** Serve as a clinical supervisor and educator for imaging students rotating through our clinical settings
- **Team Operations:** Collaborate on workflow improvement projects, assist with patient transport, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain a clean, stocked imaging environment.

**What You Bring (Qualifications)**

- **Education:** Successful completion of an accredited 2-year Radiologic Technology Program.
- **Experience:** 1+ years of radiologic technologist experience in an Operating Room.
- **Licensure & Certifications:**
  - Active New York State (NYS) Radiologic Technologist License.
  - Active ARRT registration.
  - Current BLS Certification (or obtained at time of hire)
