**How you’ll contribute **

A **Emergency Services RN** who excels in this role:

- Provides direct patient care in the Emergency Department using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
- Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs.
- Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.

**What we’re looking for **

Applicants should have a current Arizona RN license and possess an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

- **Education:** Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred.
- **Certification:** Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- **Advanced Certifications:** ACLS, PALS, TNCSS and Handle with Care preferred.
- **Experience:** 1+ years ED or critical care experience preferred
