The Medical-Surgical Department at Havasu Regional Medical Center is a 40+ bed unit.

**How you’ll contribute **

A **MST** **RN** who excels in this role:

- Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
- Documents patient care and monitors patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.
- Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.

**What we’re looking for **

Applicants should have a current **Arizona or Compact State RN license** and possess an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

- **Education:** Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred
- **Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred.
