**How you’ll contribute**

You’ll support our Providers and patients by ensuring seamless, safe, and efficient clinic operations. Your role blends direct patient care, clinical coordination, and essential office functions to keep our practice running smoothly. Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting MDs/NPs with direct patient care, including **equipment preparation**, **vital signs**, **medical history**, and other clinical data
- Managing **appointment scheduling**, **procedure coordination**, and **timely patient flow**
- Processing **prescription refills** and obtaining **insurance pre‑authorizations** for testing and procedures
- Taking **verbal orders** from Providers and documenting accurately
- Administering **oral and parenteral medications** (excluding IV) under Physician direction
- Maintaining a **clean, safe, and well‑stocked** clinical environment
- Completing all documentation promptly and supporting overall clinic operations as needed

**Qualifications and Requirements**

- High school diploma or equivalent **required**
- Associate’s degree **required**; Bachelor’s degree **preferred**
- Current **NC RN license**
- **BLS certification** (required or obtained within first week of hire)
- 1–2 years of prior clinic experience **preferred**
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with medical terminology and data entry
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain strict confidentiality
