**Job Type: Full-Time | 0.8 FTE or 64 hours/pp**

**Schedule: 8 x 8-hour Evening shifts, 1:00pm - 9:30pm**

**$7,500 Sign-On Bonus available to qualified applicants**

Make a difference in a specialized RN role where clinical expertise and compassionate care come together. As part of our Procedural Admission/Prep and Recovery (PAR) team, you'll provide patient assessments, education, procedural preparation, and post-procedure recovery care for our Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology patients. An **PAR RN **who excels in this role:

- Performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and related medical care.
- Documents care provided in a timely, accurate manner.
- Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
- Assists with activities of daily living (hygiene, elimination, nutrition, ambulation).
- Displays initiative and flexibility to float throughout the building to support departments and staff.
- Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals, psychosocial/spiritual support).
- Assesses learning needs; provides age- and culture-appropriate patient/family education.
- Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
- Participates in performance improvement and required education; works other shifts/units as needed and may take on-call assignments.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**What we're looking for**

Applicants should have a current Michigan RN license and possess an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor’s preferred).

Additional requirements include

- Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (within 1 year)
