We are currently looking to hire a **Registered Veterinary Technician **to join our team at **Liberty Pet Hospital **in Powell, Ohio!

**Location: **8730 Moreland St F Ste F, Powell, OH 43065

**Salary: **$20-25/ hour, depending on experience

We’re dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care for dogs and cats through routine wellness, urgent care, surgery, dental services, diagnostics, and more. With a focus on building lifelong relationships with pets and their families, we strive to deliver exceptional customer service and advanced medical care in a friendly, supportive environment.

**Who You Are: **

- **Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) in Ohio**, or eligible to transfer/acquire state license within 3 months of hire
- **2 + years of veterinary clinical experience, as a veterinary technician or assistant**
- Knowledge of industry tools and equipment
- Passion for working with animals and their owners
- Experience with proper animal handling and restraint
- Solid understanding of animal behavior and healthcare
- Understands the importance of excellent communication and organizational skills
- Dental Experience, scaling, polishing, charting, radiographs
- Skilled in phlebotomy, IV Catheter placement, applying casts, bandages and splints
- Anesthesia monitoring and surgical experience including intubation, monitoring, pre-operative and post-operative care
- Confident with medical math and drug calculations
- Laboratory skills including cytology set-up and interpretation
- Diagnostic experience including digital radiology, dental radiology, and ultrasound-guided cystocentesis
- And all other duties of a Registered Veterinary Technician as allowable by law
