Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per Diem Sonography Technologist for the Radiology Department at Overlook Medical Center. Department needs a candidate that can work varied shifts, including weekends and on call.

Job Functions:

- Qualified candidate will perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations utilizing state of the art GE equipment & Siemens equipment.
- Candidate is required to perform general ultrasound, paracentesis, thoracentesis, biopsies, small parts, breast, OB, pelvic and vascular exams.

## Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Effective communications skills and the ability to work well as a team player
- Applicant must be comfortable performing exams in an outpatient as well as inpatient and emergency department setting

Minimum Education:

- **High school diploma or equivalent required**

Education:

- **Graduate of Accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program**

License/Certification:

- **ARDMS required**

Relevant Experience:

- **The ideal candidate should have 2+ years’ experience preferred**
