**Location: Saline Memorial Hospital - 1 Medical Park Dr Benton, AR 72015**

**PRN | M-F | 8am - 5pm | Rotating Weekend and 1 major and 1 minor holiday**

**How You’ll Contribute:** We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate **Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) **to join our multidisciplinary care team. This is your opportunity to make a real difference—empowering patients through personalized treatment plans and collaborative care.

- Assess speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy goals.
- Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams on care coordination.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and requirements:**

- Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience: Experience in acute or rehab setting preferred.
- License: Current SLP license and ASHA certification.
- Certifications: CPR certification required.
