Our in-house **Veterinary Blood Bank- The Animal Blood Bank of NWA** supplies plasma and packed red blood cells to our patients and clinics throughout Northwest Arkansas and the Alliance network. As a Criticalist, you’ll have immediate access to lifesaving transfusion products when seconds matter.

**K9 Trauma Response Program** We proudly train local K9 police units in field trauma response and supply them with complete trauma kits, helping protect the working dogs that protect our communities.

**A Strong, Skilled Support Team** We are proud to employ a large team of dedicated Certified Veterinary Technicians, including multiple CVTs pursuing ECC certification. You'll work alongside a cohesive and highly trained staff that allows you to focus on your expertise.

## Qualifications

- Board Certified or Board eligible Veterinary Crticalist
- DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school.
- Valid veterinary license to practice in Arkansas.
- Previous experience in emergency or critical care preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to client education.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-doctor environment.
