**We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team!**

### What You’ll Do

- Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with client questions
- Check clients in and out and process payments
- Maintain accurate patient and client records
- Communicate with veterinarians and veterinary technicians
- Help keep the front desk and reception area organized
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets

### What We’re Looking For

- Previous veterinary reception or veterinary hospital experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- A genuine love and compassion for animals
- Ability to work well as part of a team

### 🕐 Schedule

- **4 days per week**
- **Every other Saturday**
- Consistent scheduling with a great work-life balance

### 💰 Pay

**Starting at $21/hour**, with compensation based on experience and qualifications.
