Where can a Michigan medication aide's training come from?: Three states supply it when the training wasn't done in Michigan: Indiana, Ohio and Wisconsin. The bureau may grant certification to an applicant from another state who proves they completed a medication aide training program in one of the 3 and passes a competency examination it approves.
Who runs Michigan's nurse aide examination?: A contractor does. Michigan doesn't test aide candidates itself and contracts the examinations to Headmaster, L.L.P.
