CVS Health is hiring for "Analyst, Case Management - TOC" in Ohio. The job is full-time and remote, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $21.10 to $40.90 per hour. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p EST.

What you'll do

• Evaluate member needs and eligibility
• Coordinate and implement care plan activities
• Consult with clinical staff to overcome barriers
• Provide coaching and support to members
• Document care per regulatory guidelines

Requirements

• 2+ years in behavioral health or social services
• 2+ years experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work 8:00a-5:00p EST
• Managed Care experience (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or human services (preferred)
