Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• One year behavioral health experience
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Reside in specific Tampa zip codes
• Travel 50-75% for member visits
• Field case management experience (preferred)
• Discharge planning experience (preferred)
• Managed care experience (preferred)
