Care Management Associate. On-site, Texas

CVS Health is hiring for "Care Management Associate" in Texas. The job is full-time at a clinic, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $18.50 to $35.29 per hour. The schedule is 9:30am to 6pm Central Time.

What you'll do

• Coordinate medical services intake and outgoing calls
• Review eligibility and benefit coverage
• Open and manage pre-certification cases
• Document case information for regulatory compliance
• Communicate service delivery status to providers

Requirements

• Two years experience as medical or office assistant
• Six months call center experience
• Computer literacy in Excel and Word
• Effective telephonic and organizational skills (preferred)
• Familiarity with medical terminology (preferred)
• Strong customer service skills (preferred)
