What you'll do

• Triage care team tasks
• Coordinate medical service delivery
• Perform non-medical research for cases
• Document information for regulatory compliance
• Support team members with phone inquiries

Requirements

• Two years customer service or sales experience
• Proficiency in typing and computer navigation
• Experience with Microsoft Word Outlook and Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent GED
• Ability to work long periods sitting
• Medical office or call center experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills (preferred)
