What you'll do

• Schedule reschedule and cancel patient appointments
• Address patient inquiries and concerns
• Enter patient information into scheduling system
• Conduct follow-up calls for appointment reminders
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficient PC and Google Suite skills
• Prior remote work experience
• Call center environment experience (preferred)
• Experience with EMR documentation (preferred)
• Some undergraduate education (preferred)
