AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is hiring for "Client Service Representative" in Florida. The job is full-time at a clinic. The schedule is Monday, Friday, Rotating Saturday Schedule.

What you'll do

• Greet clients and pets professionally
• Manage phone inquiries and requests
• Collect patient history for medical staff
• Coordinate appointments and follow-up care
• Process financial transactions and payments

Requirements

• Previous veterinary or healthcare reception experience
• Ability to work rotating Saturdays
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
