What you'll do

• Contact prescriber offices for contact information
• Fax nursing treatment plans to providers
• Track treatment plan details in medical records
• Review treatment plan documents
• Obtain provider signatures on treatment plans

Requirements

• One year of administrative or support experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft business software
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as nursing assistant or pharmacy technician (preferred)
• Experience obtaining physician signatures on documentation (preferred)
• Some college education (preferred)
