Clinician Field Mentor. On-site, California

CVS Health is hiring for "Clinician Field Mentor" in California. The job is full-time in patients' homes, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $96k to $206k per year. The job is in Clinical Success team. The schedule is rotating evenings and weekends, as assigned.

What you'll do

• Perform in-home health evaluations
• Mentor new hire clinicians
• Provide support to active clinicians
• Test new diagnostic and preventive services
• Escalate clinical and operational issues

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience as Signify clinician
• Travel in-region and locally
• Multi-state licensure (preferred)
• 5-7 years of clinical experience (preferred)
