Customer Service Representative. On-site, California

AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative in California. The job is full-time at a clinic. Pay runs from $25 to $30 per hour.

What you'll do

• Lead and support veterinary reception team
• Coordinate daily appointment scheduling
• Train and coach reception staff
• Handle client concerns and de-escalate situations
• Process health certificates and client payments

Requirements

• Veterinary experience
• Understanding of veterinary reception workflows
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology
• Experience with appointment scheduling
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous veterinary receptionist experience (preferred)
• Previous team leadership experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of preparing health certificates (preferred)
