Customer Service Representative. On-site, New York

AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative in New York. The job is full-time at a clinic. Pay runs from $18 to $21 per hour. The schedule is 2- 3 days per week.

What you'll do

• Answer phones and take messages
• Schedule appointments
• Manage client communications via email and PetDesk
• Check in clients and patients
• Process payments and handle cash

Requirements

• 1-2 years in customer service
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Spanish language skills (preferred)
