Customer Service Representative. Hybrid, Florida

CVS Health is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Florida. The job is full-time and hybrid in patients' homes, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $17.00 to $28.46 per hour. The schedule is Overnight shift between 8:00PM, 8:00AM.

What you'll do

• Answer customer questions via phone
• Solve customer problems
• Provide customer education
• Gather patient and order information
• Escalate issues to a pharmacist

Requirements

• One year customer service experience
• One year Windows application experience
• One year keyboarding experience
• Hardwired internet connection
• Private home workspace
• Multi-tasking in high-energy environment (preferred)
• Creative problem solving skills (preferred)
• Active listening skills (preferred)
