Requirements

• Master’s degree in behavioral health or counseling
• One year of crisis intervention experience
• Proficiency with technology platforms and tools
• Call center work experience (preferred)
• Experience with brief therapy models (preferred)
• Experience with Motivational Interviewing (preferred)
