Requirements

• 12+ years of healthcare operations experience
• 2+ years leading large teams of 100+
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience leading shared services operations (preferred)
• Experience with auto-adjudication or AI-enabled operations (preferred)
• Experience with QNXT or comparable platforms (preferred)
