Health Insurance Specialist. On-site, Ohio

What you'll do

• Educate patients on Medicare and insurance options
• Help patients resolve medical billing issues
• Manage new patient welcome and orientation
• Assist patients with public benefit applications
• Provide customer service and clinic support

Requirements

• Proficiency with computer programs like Excel
• US work authorization
• Experience explaining insurance coverage (preferred)
• Sales background (preferred)
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
