Histotechnician. On-site, Kentucky

Baptist Health is hiring a Histotechnician in Kentucky. The job is full-time at a hospital. The schedule is Mid Shift.

What you'll do

• Section stain and mount tissue specimens
• Assist pathologist with tissue examinations
• Perform quality control and assurance
• Conduct laboratory maintenance and troubleshooting
• Perform clerical tasks and specimen collection

Requirements

• Completion of NAACLS accredited Histotechnician program
• Associate degree with 12 hours biology and chemistry
• 60 semester hours with biology and chemistry
• One year documented clinical histopathology experience
