Hourly Nurse Pracitioner. On-site, North Carolina

CVS Health is hiring for "Hourly Nurse Pracitioner" in North Carolina. The job is part-time at a clinic, 29 hours a week. Pay runs from $41.85 to $90.13 per hour.

What you'll do

• Provide primary care to Medicare adults
• Conduct office visits for routine issues
• Perform annual wellness visits and assessments
• Coordinate care with specialists and agencies
• Conduct home visits as needed

Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing
• Doctor of Nursing Practice
• NP Certificate Program graduate
• Active state Nurse Practitioner license
• Active DEA license
• Primary care experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of HCC and ICD-10 coding (preferred)
• Bilingual proficiency (preferred)
