CVS Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse in Ohio. The job is full-time at a clinic. Pay runs from $22.40 to $48.67 per hour.

What you'll do

• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection
• Administer vaccine injections
• Assess patients during intake
• Perform diagnostic tests and screenings
• Order equipment and prepare clinic

Requirements

• Minimum one year healthcare experience
• Electronic Medical Record documentation experience
• Ability to perform phlebotomy blood draws
• Ability to perform Point of Care Testing
• Pass a FIT test
• Phlebotomy certificate (preferred)
• Primary care experience (preferred)
• Urgent care or emergency room experience (preferred)
