Join a high-performing cardiovascular services team in a fast-paced, patient-focused Cardiac Catheterization Lab recognized for clinical excellence, Chest Pain Accreditation, and exceptional patient outcomes. As the Cath Lab Manager, you will have the opportunity to provide strategic and operational leadership to a skilled, experienced team while partnering closely with respected cardiologists and hospital leadership. How you’ll contribute
A Manager (RN) - Cath Lab who excels in this role:
You will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all aspects of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. You will ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care by developing and implementing department policies, maintaining regulatory compliance, overseeing quality improvement initiatives, and managing day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team through effective hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management. You will foster a collaborative environment built on teamwork, accountability, and service excellence while supporting staff growth and professional development.
You will work closely with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize workflow, improve patient outcomes, and drive operational efficiency. Responsibilities include budget management, resource allocation, productivity monitoring, quality control, and ensuring the department remains aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.

What we’re looking for Applicants should be graduates of an RN program and hold a current nurse’s license in the state of Pennsylvania or a current multistate license (MSL) from compact member states/territories. Additional requirements include:
- Associate’s degree is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in an outpatient setting (Cath Lab, Operating Room, Recovery Room, etc.)
- More than five (5) years of experience in an outpatient setting (Cath Lab, Operating Room, Recovery Room, etc.); Knowledge of access database. Preferred
- Current nurse’s license in the state of Pennsylvania or a current multistate license (MSL) from compact member states/territories. Current and must maintain ACLS and CPR certifications.
